Our portfolio includes podium structures with concrete or steel podium levels supporting wood-framed residential construction above, townhomes, fully wood-framed apartments, and apartments with tuck-under parking. We have extensive experience on zero-lot-line sites, poor or variable soils, and steep or retention-driven sites, enabling us to address challenging constraints without introducing unnecessary cost or schedule risk.
